Attracting and developing talent
In 2018 Delta Lavori continues its plan to attract young people from the main universities in central Italy (La Sapienza University in Rome, University of Cassino and Southern Lazio, etc.).
This project is aimed at the selection of talents and career supervision related to the construction area. These activities are carried out through strategic agreements with the most important universities in central Italy, and thanks to initiatives involving students and recent graduates. Delta Lavori SpA is present in main career days, recruiting days, thematic workshops in the universities. We organize presentations and visits on site, we use digital communication channels both on social media and on university websites to allow a direct and constant dialogue with potential candidates. Young professionals are thus accompanied to discover our sector and our construction sites and to learn how to participate in the complex construction of civil buildings, by developing innovative construction solutions and by acquiring the necessary technical skills under the management of the best experts in the field.
