The firm organization structure has recently been reinforced by the insertion of new Direction (commercial, operative, administrative, managing which covers also Risks management, Management control, legal affaires direction, quality, formation and information systems) as well as with the introduction of a focus on innovation through investments in “Building Information Modelling” and more emphasis on a general development of the technical office – Engineering of Delta.

In the ambit of Delta Lavori SpA Governance, particular emphasis has been given to the Quality System (ISO 9001), Environment (ISO 140001) and Security (OHSAS 18001) with the aim to grant important synergies in ambit of activities end managed processes and to grant in the same time a more focalization by these systems to specialized support to orders.
